Responsibilities:
Travel to assigned neighborhoods to inspect residential roofs for storm damage
Identify and document signs of hail, wind, or other weather-related damage
Take clear and accurate photos of all relevant damage
Complete detailed inspection reports for internal use and insurance documentation
Communicate findings professionally with homeowners and project managers
Requirements:
Experience in roof inspections or similar construction/roofing background preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify damage accurately
Physically able to climb and walk roofs safely
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
