Residential remodeling company looking for skilled trades person. Candidate must be detail oriented, skilled in tile setting, interior and exterior carpentry (mainly kitchen cabinetry of levels), flooring, painting and minor plumbing and electrical work. We keep almost all skills in house, except our larger trades. Specialty in kitchens, bathrooms, basement club rooms, additions and exterior renovations.
Baltimore County / Baltimore City / Surrounding counties on a project by project basis. Candidate must have drivers license, reliable transportation (truck or van preferred), drug free, own health insurance. 90 day probationary period. Sub-Contract Position Paid on weekly on 1099 basis, that can turn into full time W-2 employment.
Payscale $22-$25 / hr for semi skilled tech. We will teach you from there, but need the basic skills. If you are looking for $45/hr, this position is not for you.
