Chesapeake Geosystems is seeking a reliable Local/ Regional Driver to join our construction team. Candidates with heavy-haul and low-boy experience are strongly preferred.
Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL is required
Lowboy, Step Deck or Heavy Haul experience is required.
Construction experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with heavy equipment operating preferred.
Hazmat & Tanker endorsement (must have or be able to obtain)
Clean driving record: No suspensions or reckless driving in the past 3 years, and no DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
DOT medical card (must have or be able to qualify for)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay for this position is $32-40/hr. Exact rate is dependent on experience and applicable licenses and endorsements.
