P&A's Lawn Care and Hauling Services is a successful landscaping company, seeking to provide the highest level of service in the industry.
P&A's is now hiring a reliable, experienced Snow Plow Truck Driver Contractor (owner/operators) to clear snow at specific industrial building/offices for the 2024-2025 snow season to addto our team! We need an Experienced Owner/Operator with a pickup truck equipped with a heavy-duty plow and possibly salt spreader who is available for snow events 24 hours/7 days a week, if applicable, from this December through March2025. If you are dependable and have what it takes to help us keep our client's properties safe and clear, we'd love to hear from you. Pay is from $110.00 - $120.00 per hour depending on your experience with plowing. A Contract/agreement will be signed between both parties.

Job Duties:
Operate snow plow to clear snow and ice from roads and assigned areas
Respond in a timely manner (within 20 minutes) when called to assist with plowing.
Inspects equipment on a regular basis and maintains all equipment needed to remove snow.
Complies with safety precautions. Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations. Ability to work independently.
Job Requirements:
Must own a heavy-duty plow truck equipped with a salt spreader
Reliable form of transportation

Clean Driver's License is mandatory
Strong commitment to timely and efficient snow removal, especially during early mornings and emergencies.
