Job Description:
⢠Development and testing of user interfaces for SIMmersion products and websites. You will be responsible for taking the user interface design from concept to a fully-coded and tested product.
⢠Ensuring that SIMmersion products and websites are cross-browser compatible and web accessible.
⢠Providing feedback and recommendations to management about user-interface problems and intended fixes.
⢠Working with other developers to interface with backend systems.
Skill Requirements:
At least one year of experience in the following:
⢠Javascript Programming
⢠1 or more Javascript frameworks (Vue.js, React.js, Angular.js)
⢠JQuery
⢠Git
⢠HTML5/CSS
⢠Responsive Web Design
⢠Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent image editing software
⢠Developing websites accessible to those with disabilities
Nice-to-haves:
⢠Experience creating brochures, business cards, or other marketing materials
⢠Experience with game design and/or game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine
⢠Experience with .NET programming (C#, VB.NET)
⢠Experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
⢠SQL database design/development
⢠Experience with reporting packages (e.g. Crystal Reports)
You should be able to point to an example of at least one mobile-compatible website or system you've developed all or mostly by yourself.
