Description A highly-skilled and proficient Accounting Manager is wanted to start immediately in this dynamic job opportunity from an expanding company. Responsible for the efficiency of daily operations, the Accounting Manager will lead preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. This role is an extraordinary opportunity to work for a company that will appreciate your efforts and reward your results as you establish and scale their accounting and finance operations.How you will make an impactPrepare various technical accounting analyses, policies and proceduresRegular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accountsAssist in the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation and reconciliation processesCollaborate with FP& A and accounting management to deliver relevant and timely reporting of financial data analytics, including monthly flash report, key financial metrics and actual spend against budgets/outlookDrive and manage the full accounting team performance of the close process to meet tight deadlines Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation

Strong experiences with month end closings

Solid understanding of Yardi is required

Knowledge of property accounting required

CPA/MBA preferred
