AIR prefers to promote from within and provides training and development programs to help prepare you for what's next.Additional benefits listed below.What You Will DoLead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance professionals while fostering a positive and accountable team culture.Oversee all aspects of community maintenance, including service requests, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, vendor management, and capital projects.Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and to AIR's quality standards.Partner with community leadership to identify property needs and develop maintenance plans that protect the asset and enhance the resident experience.Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and expenses while maximizing operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with AIR policies, safety programs, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.Respond to resident concerns and provide exceptional customer service.Participate in the on-call rotation and support after-hours maintenance needs as required.
