We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our Parts Department as and Automotive Parts Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a strong understanding of automotive parts and systems. Responsibilities: Proved expert knowledge and advice on automotive parts and accessories to customers. Utilize resources to research and locate hard-to-find parts. Process customer orders and maintain accurate records of transactions. build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalents, Associate or Bachelor's degree in Automtive Technology is a plus. Two plus years of experience in automotive parts sales, customer service or a related field. Excellent communications, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to multi-task while dealing with phones, retail customers and technicians.
