Oversee the day-to-day operations of the elevator renovation project.
Review the scope of work and maintain quality standards throughout the project.
Communicate project progress in meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Essential Skills
5-8 years of previous federal construction experience.
OSHA 30 certification.
Quality control management skills.
Experience with USACE standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
QCM certification is a plus.
EM385-1-1 certification is a bonus.
Must be a US Citizen .
Work EnvironmentThis position is fully on-site at NSA Bethesda Naval Base. The role is open due to new project awards starting sooner than expected, with all internal staff allocated to other ongoing projects.
