As a global company, we have offices in nine countries and can insert advertisements around the world.We are on the lookout for a seasoned Director of DSP Demand Integrations with a background in programmatic advertising technology and CTV/Streaming. This role is instrumental in optimizing demand into FreeWheel's programmatic module, enhancing products, API functionality, and integrations in collaboration with our DSP partners to maximize yield monetization for our sell-side partners. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise and a track record of driving revenue growth through innovative programmatic solutions with DSPs.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities
Act as the organization's revenue lead for DSP API integrations, advising on strategic initiatives and innovative solutions to enhance yield monetization.
Identify and communicate Freewheel products’ unique value proposition and revenue opportunity to DSP partners and sell-side partners.
Develop strategies, scorecards, matrixes, and documentation to help optimize demand to be leveraged for fine-tuning FreeWheel's programmatic efficiency to attract optimal buyer engagement and maximize monetization.
Engage in conversations with DSP partners, securing product commitments that align with FreeWheel's monetization strategies.
Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams both internally and externally, aligning DSP programmatic strategies with broader business objectives and operational excellence.
Participate in Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews with DSPs and sell-side partners.
Leverage extensive experience in supply/demand path optimization and advanced API development to drive efficiencies and superior ad performance.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a significant focus on video and connected TV (CTV) platforms.
Demonstrated expertise in the integration and optimization of programmatic demand within ad server ecosystems, preferably with FreeWheel technology.
A proven track record of developing and carrying out strategies that enhance monetization and optimize demand.
Strong analytical skills, with the capability to translate complex technical details into actionable items that drive growth.
Outstanding communication skills, adept at interacting with a range of stakeholders and partners.
