As a detailed and organized individual, the Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to assigned senior executives. The Executive Assistant is privy to confidential and sensitive company information and strictly maintains its confidentiality, communicating with appropriate discretion. Organizational and administrative support includes calendar management, meeting preparation, travel coordination, expense reporting, document organization, and follow-up on key priorities. Manage a complex and frequently changing schedule, prioritizing meetings and commitments with sound judgment and a clear understanding of business priorities. Prepare agendas, meeting materials, presentations, reports, correspondence, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings. Independently manages assigned Department initiatives using effective project management, organizational tools, and communications with project stakeholders.Organizes and maintains company contracts and insurance policies. Liaises with executives, vendors, brokers, and insurance carriers to ensure effective, efficient coordination and information exchange.Uses the Concur software to prepare expense reports for senior executives.
