Bethesda, MD (Day 1 Onsite/hybrid) Job Description:

• 7+ years of experience in quality practices.
• Strong in Web and Mobile testing
• Good knowledge of various Test Methodologies and Techniques (Black Box), API testing.
• Read, understand and review software design specifications and product requirements.
• Strong in test case creation, execution & reporting
• String in bug process understating and reporting.
• Experience with creating & execution of test scenarios and test cases.
• Knowledge of Bug Tracking software like JIRA and zephyr
• Understanding of Web Service/API testing.
• Able to analyse applications logs for issues.
• Experience writing test scenarios and BDD/TDD
• Should be excellent Agile practitioner, preferably SAFe agile.
• Must be aware about all agile ceremonies and concepts.
• Experience writing test scenarios and BDD/TDD
• Experience with Jira and confluence
• Automation experience in Selenium and Java is added advantage
• Strong communicator (must) – able to work closely with counterparts in a cross-functional, Agile team setting, to understand product needs and implement the right tests
• Understands the importance of data as to analyze reported issues, inform severity of defects, inform the priority of tests
• Excellent process/project/people management skills while managing multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and Troubleshooting skills
