In this role, you will work closely with the global sales team supporting account activity, sales systems, reporting, and daily sales operations. You will contribute to sales initiatives, ensure accuracy of data, and manage timely follow up, helping sales efforts run smoothly and consistently across our collection of one of a kind hotels.Key Responsibilities & Focus AreasPrepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performanceTrack leads, opportunities, and definite bookings; generate sales reports and dashboards for leadershipUtilize Salesforce to maintain and update customer profiles, support 5 Sales Directors with activity entry during peak periods, and conduct data audits to ensure accuracyReceive, assess, and respond to incoming requests from clients and hotelsCreate and update sales presentations and materialsCollaborate with the Marketing team on regional campaigns as neededSupport the planning and execution of client events, internal meetings, and related logisticsManage surveys, ROI tracking, and post event recaps following client eventsParticipate in weekly sales meetingsContribute to special projects as directed by the VP Sales Apply creativity and sound business judgment to drive timely and effective resultsSupport larger Salesforce system projects for Senior Manager System Operations & Analytics
