DescriptionExciting opportunity to join the fast-growing National Security Group of Leidos on a great team and program!We are seeking a Part-Time Training Administrator for a highly sought after Intelligence Community (IC) program.An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required up front to be considered for this position.The ideal candidate will support Government staff in the following:
Manages the administration aspects of the MPAC training from advertisement through record management, proper facility access, attendance, curriculum and classroom preparations, mobile training team planning, and post training evaluations, along with other administrative activities to ensure the training is conducted in the most efficient and effective manner
Ensures all logistical requirements and approvals are in place
Provides or arranges both classified and unclassified meeting space for virtual instruction sessions and mobile training teams
Assists with the advertisement of courses and other learning events
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in MS office
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
Strong attention to detail
