Are you a bold connector, strategic thinker, and passionate recruiter who thrives on identifying top talent and growing high-performance teams?Keller Williams Capital Properties (KWCP) is seeking a dynamic Director of Talent Acquisition to lead the charge in attracting, engaging, and onboarding exceptional real estate entrepreneurs from across our region. This is more than a recruiting position—it's a leadership opportunity to help shape the future of real estate by bringing in purpose-driven agent entrepreneurs and aligning them with a brokerage that empowers wealth building, legacy creation, and community impact. Who You AreA passionate talent magnet and relationship builder with a proven ability to influence, inspire, and connect.Strategic, metrics-driven, and motivated by hitting and exceeding performance targets.A skilled communicator—confident in person, persuasive over the phone, and compelling in writing.Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where priorities shift and leadership is expected.Knowledge of real estate is a plus; belief in the KW mission and model is a must. ResponsibilitiesLead the Recruitment Strategy: Design and execute scalable talent acquisition systems to consistently attract high-performing agents and top talent to the brokerage.Own the Candidate Journey: From sourcing and first contact to interviews and onboarding, deliver a seamless, high-touch experience that reflects the KWCP brand.Build Talent Pipelines: Use strategic prospecting (calls, social, in-person events) to build and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates.Drive Data-Backed Results: Track performance metrics, conversion rates, and key hiring goals to report results and refine your approach.Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with Market Center leaders to understand hiring needs, share insights, and create alignment between recruiting and business goals.Innovate & Scale: Continuously improve the recruiting process through automation, marketing campaigns, events, and agent referral strategies
