Since 1970, DAI has worked in 150 developing and transition countries, providing comprehensive development solutions in areas including crisis mitigation and stability operations, democratic governance, public sector management, agriculture, private sector development economics and trade, land tenure and property rights, public health, water and natural resources management, and energy and climate change.Function of the Position:TheBusinessTransformationSeniorSpecialistsupports the effective and efficient operations of the USG Business Transformation Teamand serves as one of the leads of the Digital TransformationProgram Project Management Office.The dynamic nature of this role requires exemplaryorganizational and communicationskills,as well asthe ability to identify, anticipate, and respond to various needs.Thisrolewill serve as amainpoint of contact acrossmultiple organizations, departments, and workstreams, and thereforemust interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals including members within the Business Transformation team, USG Leadership Team, Digital Transformation Program(DTP), and other senior managers. The incumbent must handlehighly sensitiveand confidential financial, legal, personnel and institutional information with professionalism and discretion.This position is mostappropriate forsomeone who likes a fast-paced work environment, teamwork, and managing diverse responsibilities.This is a full-time, permanent position.Roles and Responsibilities:Project Oversight

Escalates issues toappropriate decision-makeras needed; keepsVP, Business Transformationinformed of key issues.

Develops weekly progress reports for senior leadership.

Manages resources and encourages collaboration across DTP workstreams and System Integrator teams.

Tracks and monitorsstatus of key decisions and action items.

Quality Assurance

Reviews, supports, and edits deliverables asrequested.

Maintains organization of SharePoint folder structure and proper record filing.

Risk Management

Assistsin analyzingareas of riskandadvisingprojectleadershipon proposedsolutions and preventative measures.

Assistsin troubleshootingcomplex, or cross-departmentalissues.

Ensures compliance with DAI policies and procedures.

Business Administration

Developsbriefing materials for key meetings as needed.

Leadsadministrative management of indirect service providers, includingreviewing vendor invoices, tracking service provider invoiced to date against budget ceiling, coordinating with Accounts Payable (AP), and processing and supplier/vendor invoices for review or approval.

Managesmeetings administration, scheduling, and documentation.

Reportson schedule to senior leadership, flagging any potential delays and escalating as needed.

Supportsand/or draftsmemos and tracking reports for team archives.

Managesmeetings and presentations, including room reservations, invitationmanagement,briefing materials,catering,presentation support,and other duties as assigned.

Other:

Maintain confidential and sensitive information.

Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications :

Grade P6: Minimum of5years of relevant professional experience and a college degree. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Strong attention to detail.

Able to work as part of a decentralized team with minimal oversight.

Excellent organizational skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external clients, and tailor communication style to diverse audiences.

Flexible and able to adapt to changing needs, priorities, and scopes.

Able to handle confidential and/or sensitive information with discretion.

Able to build andmaintainexcellent working relationships with staff at all levels of the organization and external clients from diverse backgrounds.

Familiarity with the importance of diversity and inclusion.

Works well under pressure.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Equivalent education and experience will be considered.Preferred Qualifications :

Previousexperience leading or supporting long-term corporate initiatives in business transformation and organizational development.

Proficiencywith SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and Power Automate is desirable.

Previousexperience in a role demanding confidentiality of company and staff information desirable.

Proficiencywith Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint is desirable.

Supervisory Requirements: NoneCompensation & Benefits:For employees working the United States, the full-time equivalent annual base salary for this position is expected to be between $94,780 to $111,506. Actual offers will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant education, experience, skills, seniority, performance, and business or organizational needs.Eligible U.S. based employees will be able to enroll in medical, dental and vision insurance, plus a 401(k)-retirement plan with a company match. Additionally, employees will be eligible for company-paid annual leave (vacation & holidays), sick leave, and parental leave, as well as short- and long-term disability coverage.
