The Vice President, Commercial Performance will provide leadership and guidance to our growing portfolio of hotels to drive commercial strategy, focusing on hotel sales, positioning, marketing, and revenue management to hit financial targets. The role will help shape hotel-level strategy and will be the primary senior commercial lead working with our field teams (Regional VPs, hotel General Managers, and the local/area sales and marketing teams) and our Home Office subject matter experts in finance, portfolio management, sales, marketing communications, e-commerce, revenue management, and operations. The VP will also be the primary Home Office contact with hotel ownership groups regarding commercial strategy of the properties and work closely with our Home Office Senior Leadership Team.The individual, who reports to the SVP of Sales & Marketing, is an influential leader with strong business acumen, a proven track record of delivering financial results, and a solid understanding and appreciation of the high-end, luxury consumer market.
