In this role, you will lead the development and management of an enterprise-scale, agentic AI ecosystem designed to streamline complex business processes through intelligent automation. This solution will be structured across six interconnected pods, each focused on a critical layer of the system—data federation, orchestration, reasoning, governance, activation, and experience delivery. The role requires understanding of data warehousing, AI system design, and cloud-native architecture to drive the strategic direction and execution of the organization’s AI-driven data product roadmap.Responsibilities:Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered and federated data products, aligning agentic system capabilities with business goals and operational efficiency.Lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and AI research teams to deliver scalable, intelligent, and autonomous data systems.Develop and oversee six specialized pods responsible for AI agent orchestration, data integration, warehousing, and decision intelligence.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and internal assessments to identify opportunities for applying agentic AI to real-world business processes.Drive the entire product lifecycle from concept to deployment, including feature prioritization, orchestration design, and go-to-market planning for AI-driven data solutions.Partner with cloud and data platform providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake) to optimize data federation, model performance, and scalability.Define and manage architecture patterns for data warehousing and federation, ensuring seamless data interoperability across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.Establish metrics for AI agent performance and continuously improve outcomes through feedback loops, data-driven insights, and reinforcement learning principles.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, AI governance standards, and ethical best practices in intelligent data management.Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to support product adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth through AI-enabled automation and analytics.Act as a thought leader in AI systems and data federation strategy, contributing insights through industry publications, panels, and conferences.
