The duties of the IT Manager include:
Responsible for all contact center system, application, and infrastructure functionality.
Facilitates new technologies at the contact center; troubleshoots technical issues.
Maintains knowledge of technology updates, functionality and ability to collaborate with product owners to create requirements on features and epics that impact Service Center services
Leverages technology capabilities to meet customer needs with timely and seamless access to help desk support, etc. This includes staying abreast of new industry trends, technologies and innovative ways to provide value to agency customers.
5+ years of related experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
3+ years of experience with managing service center personnel
1+ years of experience working with NICE cxOne
2+ years working with ServiceNow
