Job Title: Junior Financial Analyst / Project Control Location: Columbia, MD Duration : Long term with Sparksoft
Job Summary: Analyze and maintain the financial health of a project by collecting, monitoring, and maintaining data to prevent risk and recommend action to Project Management.
Collaborate with Project Management Teams in the development, review, and updates of project and program budgets, forecasts, and estimate-at-completion (EAC) and associated reporting and analysis.
Monitor and review project expenditures for accuracy and consistency.
Support subcontractor/vendor cost management lifecycle, including setting up Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, and tracking subcontractor/vendor invoicing and payments.
Prepare and/or support preparation of client status reports, integrated program reviews, and/or ad-hoc program related financial requests from clients, internal management, and other stakeholders.
Proficient in Excel and comfortable with all other Microsoft Office applications

Associates, Bachelors, OR equivalent work experience accepted
