We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of our marketing platforms and define key audience segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, data analytics, and experience in aligning technology with business needs. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data analytics, to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the requirements gathering and analysis for marketing platform implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define audience segments, develop customer profiles, and ensure that the marketing platform supports these needs. Analyze marketing data and metrics to provide insights into audience behavior and campaign performance. Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of marketing automation tools and platforms. Develop and document business processes, user stories, and system specifications for marketing initiatives. Work with IT teams to integrate marketing platforms with other business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP). Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for marketing platform users. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented platforms, identifying areas for improvement. Contribute to the development of training materials and user guides for marketing teams.
