Own architecture across multiple parallel workstreams (UI/API/data/integration/LLM), with explicit sequencing, risk burndown, and integration planning for Intelligent Applications. You define how solutioning is done—templates, ADR standards, threat modeling triggers, NFR profiles—and you mentor senior engineers and SAs. You partner with leadership to translate tradeoffs into business outcomes (cost, risk, time-to-value, reliability, AI risk).ResponsibilitiesLead cross-stream technical program architecture: dependencies, contract milestones, cutover strategies.Define reference architectures and golden paths for recurring engagement patterns.Establish architecture governance: review criteria, exceptions process, “must-haves” for production readiness.Drive data architecture at portfolio level: canonical patterns, shared entities, contract stability, performance SLOs for critical paths.Own security architecture posture for portfolio: zero-trust patterns, data classification workflows, vendor risk framing.Operationalize LLM / agent solution patterns with enterprise controls: evaluation, PII boundaries, human oversight, cost/latency budgets, red-team expectations.
