Aerotek is currently hiring for maintenance mechanics in the Dundalk, MD area! Qualified candidates will be able to perform the following duties:Job Description:
Preventive maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of low and high-speed production equipment and have the working knowledge of belt & screw conveyors, bucket elevators and other material handling equipment
Run basic machine shop equipment that includes Manual Lathe’s and Manual End Mills, perform metal fabrication, weld and burn and have the ability to trouble shoot basic Mechanical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems
Perform mechanical repairs on conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatic systems
Perform fabrication and welding repairs
Perform any other maintenance and repairs as needed
Job Requirements:
Experience performing maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing setting
Experience maintaining and repairing production equipment
Experience performing troubleshooting of PLCs
Any welding or fabrication experience is a plus
