The Flying Decoy Bar & Grill, a growing restaurant on the Eastern Shore, is looking for a motivated Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to grow with the restaurant and includes profit-sharing potential for the right candidate.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a strong work ethic and a desire to grow with a new and exciting restaurant.
Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Can manage the daily operations of a fast-paced, high-quality dining establishment.
Possesses experience in scheduling, inventory, ordering, and staff supervision.
Prioritizes customer service and fosters a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Restaurant management experience preferred (front-of-house and back-of-house knowledge).
Must have open availability for nights and weekends (we are currently closed on Sundays).
Ability to multitask, lead a team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling software, and cost control processes.
