Seasonal Sous Chef Position Available

Join our team at Fisherman’s Crab Deck, one of Maryland’s premier waterfront seafood restaurants. We're looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to support our Executive Chef and help lead a fast-paced kitchen known for its fresh, local seafood and outstanding service.

What You’ll Do:

Assist with kitchen operations, food prep, and line management

Lead and train back-of-house staff

Ensure food quality, consistency, and sanitation standards

Collaborate on seasonal menu items and specials

Support inventory and ordering processes

What We’re Looking For:

Previous Sous Chef or lead cook experience in a high-volume kitchen

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure

Passion for seafood and local Maryland cuisine

Weekend and evening availability is a must
