Director of Operations needed
New behavioral health company in Salisbury, MD is seeking a dynamic individual to lead and supervise the agency’s day-to-day operations of all of its programs, including the supervision of staff as well as creating a positive workflow. The ideal candidate must have working knowledge of behavioral health, including mental health services and substance use disorder services. This candidate must be highly proficient in building the agency’s consumer census, maintaining solid relationships with other service providers and stakeholders, and maintaining positive visibility in the community
All candidates must have a clean criminal background( within the last 7 years)
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be proficient in utilizing electronic medical record-keeping software and other computer applications as needed.
