Job Description:
Provide hands-on resident care and assistance with daily living
Lead and participate in activities that support resident engagement and wellness
Oversee shift operations, including staff supervision and scheduling
Assist with administrative duties to ensure smooth facility operations
Instill a safe, compassionate, and positive environment for residents and staff
