I am looking for a couple people help with home revocations.
I need someone this weekend can start as early as Friday evening or Saturday and Sunday to pull up a sub floor. Enforce any floor joists that need to be done and lay new level subfloor. (This does need to be started over the weekend as I am not here during the week due to work)
I also need someone to:
-install a beam to reinforce a bearing wall for removal
- hang panels and fake beams on a ceiling
- move a washer and dryer (plumbing and electric) to another room.
- install new electric to add stairway lighting fixtures and ceiling fixtures in a few rooms.
-move some electric switches to new locations.
- check current electric plugs and possibly add more.
-move electric to a stove to a new location
-build some built in cabinets and cabinet doors.
-install a new sink or sinks and check over plumbing that is existing
-go under house and jack up a joist and sister in another one
-install real hardwood flooring
-power washing
-sanding and painting
Lots and lots of more stuff to be done.
No one is living in the house right now so any hours how would like to work are available.
You can work as many hours as you want just so the work gets completed. Shoot me a text and let me know what areas of work you are comfortable with as I know everyone is not comfortable with everything and that is fine. Also let me know what day or days you are available and when you can start.
$20.00 hour cash
