Position: Handyman for vacation condos
Salary: TBD based on experience $22-$35 hr
Looking to hire part time handyman for various maintenance and repair tasks in summer rental properties.
Flexible scheduling: Can be available 2-4 days per week, 12-30 hr per week. Flexible days and times.
Ideal for retiree looking for some extra income or college student looking for summer work. During slower off season months other painting, rehab jobs are available
- Must have a reliable transportation
- Must have basic knowledge and experiences with painting, light electric, plumbing,
- Efficient in Working independently to handle projects and tracking work
Tasks may include:
- Light plumbing
- Faucet install
- Light Electrical
- Assist in clean out of storage closets
- Power washing
- Clean stains in carpets and furniture with rug doctor
- Ability to use their own tools as necessary
- Able to work cell phone based app and check lists
- Run Errands when needed
- Some basic knowledge of Carpentry
- Mechanically inclined
- Patch sheet rock and paint
- Unclog disposals and drain lines
