Vacation rental management company is seeking a seasonal handyman/general maintenance person. You should be able to do maintenance items such as minor carpentry, minor plumbing, moving heavy items, etc. We have many properties that will have a variety of needs so we need someone who can do just about anything that doesn't require a licensed contractor. Move to the front of the line if you are licensed!This could include minor, tedious items such as going to a condo to change batteries of some kind, unclogging toilets/sinks, replacing window unit AC, replacing or tightening faucets, etc. Important requirements and information: 1. You must be in or very close to Ocean City because many of our situations will be time sensitive. 2. You and your vehicle must both be dependable. 3. You must be able to pass a basic background check. 4. You would be available (but not necessarily always working) 5 days per week (including Saturday and Sunday) from 9 am to 9 pm. A good estimate is that you would actually work 25-30 hours per week with the rest of the time simply being on call and available. The position would start mid-May and run through the first weekend of October, which will be about 19 weeks. Pay will be $900 per week with a $1,000+ bonus at the end of the season. We are a rapidly growing company so this could lead to full-time or more opportunities in 2025
