Position requires no experience as we will train on the job to do the following:
1. Learn all aspects of cleaning the vinyl panel rooms inside and out
2. Replacement of any necessary parts to make the window operate properly
3. Replace damaged vinyl and screens
Requirements for job:
1. Able to work outside in the sun and humidity
2. Able to climb step and extension ladder
3. Wear respectable and clean attire based on weather
Additional Information about the positions:
1. Part time position, starting pay $20 an hour with increased based on work performance and depth of learning the processes, up to $30 an hour
2. This is a 1099 position, no taxes will be taken out of pay check you will be responsible for any taxes due
3. Possibility of yearend bonus based on performance
4. We typically start last week April thru end of October but would work with your schedule as to days available
5. Start time and work day length varies by temperatures and jobs scheduled
