We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join the Bankers Team! This position offers the right candidate the opportunity to coordinate our marketing efforts while working closely with various departments to complete project opportunities.
The ideal candidate must:
Possess excellent analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to formulate, affect and interpret management policies or operating practices.
Ability to work individually and ability to handle self-driven projects efficiently.
Possess ability to deal with conflict and resolve problems with poise.
Have experience utilizing InDesign.
Education/Experience:
Proven proficiency with design software (InDesign-required) and in all Microsoft applications.
Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, business management or related field.
