Coldwell Banker Vacation Rentals is looking for a Seasonal Maintenance Technician for its busy vacation rental propertyÂmaintenance department. The position is temporary and will last from approximately mid-May to mid-September.  Job Requirements Include:
General maintenance and repair skills.
Good customer service skills required.
Ability to lift minimum of 50 pounds.
Must have own tools.
Ability to troubleshoot TV and internet connections a plus.
Candidate must have clean driving record and valid drivers license.
Weekends required. Â
