We are seeking a dependable, experienced technician to provide repair and maintenance services for copiers, printers, and computer systems. Must be capable of setting up and networking equipment and willing to deliver supplies locally. (410) 742-7776
Responsibilities:
Repair and service copiers, printers, laptops, and desktops
Troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware and network issues
Install and configure new systems
Use schematics to diagnose problems
Deliver toner/supplies within a 50-mile radius
Maintain service records and collaborate with our team
Qualifications:
Prior experience in copier/printer/computer repair
Knowledge of networking and IT systems
Ability to read schematics and service manuals
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
