You must have (non-negotiable):
Real interior repaint experience (cut/roll, trim/doors, patch/prime, caulk)
Reliable transportation (daily)
Your own hand tools (brushes/rollers/5-in-1/putty knives/caulk gun/PPE)
Self-motivation, on-time starts, and professional grooming (customer-home standard)
Nice to have: drywall repair, spraying, cabinet/trim finishing, ladder/respirator safety comfort.

How we work (our standards):

Tight cut lines, even finish, clean edges — pass a simple Quality Checklist
Hit or beat budgeted hours; no preventable rework
Daily photo check-ins and end-of-day reset (clean, staged, paths clear)
Safety: proper ladder use, PPE as needed, report issues immediately
Schedule: Full-time, typical M–F daytime (occasional Sat optional).
Pay range: Painter $18–$25/hr; based on experience + bonuses.
