As a Senior Service Supply Chain Planner, you will collaborate with Product Planners, Inventory Control, Service Management Operations, Repair Operations, Quality, Field Services, Trade Compliance, Finance and other internal groups to drive decision-making investments and to ensure availability of spare parts, options and consumables when needed.  All in an effort to provide our customers (internal and external) with the best possible service.The person in this role will be a major contributor to leveraging data, partners and systems to improve customer satisfaction and employee productivity reporting to the Americas Director of Service Supply Chain.The ideal candidate thrives at delivering solutions to complex data problems, has an affinity for analytics, data and business processes.Responsibilities:Perform accurate planning for all spare parts and consumables for distribution and service requirementsResponsible for spare parts forecasting, planning and procurement during the entire product lifecycle - New Product Introduction (NPI), Sustaining Product and End Of Life Product (EOL) to avoid any stock outages and drive delivery performanceSet up of target stocking levels (TSL) and inventory managementInventory analyses of each product platform, including trends, cost analyses, risk management and recommendationsSingle point of contact to manage communications and messaging between regions and product planning counterparts.Ensure that established Fill Rate performance targets and inventory or service commitments are incorporated into the global Spares Plan.Other duties assigned
