Plans, conducts and manages multiple projects and/or task orders.
Responsible for all aspects of program performance to include technical, Contractual, and administrative.
Manages and supervises personnel across all aspects of the task order.
Organizes and assigns responsibilities to subordinates and oversees successful completion of program level tasks.
Creates project plans for multiple task orders to achieve performance-based objectives, enhancing implementation, systems and services.
Specific Industry experience providing solutions for complex process Improvement challenges.
Provide recommendations to simplify existing processes and automate where appropriate to achieve greater efficiency within mission and business operations.
Make recommendations, as required, for evoking the implementation of industry best practices to be used jointly with the Government that are designed to ensure the highest quality of delivery and sustainability of the program and supporting projects.
Capture and maintain processes, workflows, lesson learned towards improved collaboration and work force restructuring and training efforts.
Deliver high quality capability and services which are deliberate, measurable and tailored to user needs while increasing effectiveness and reducing cost.
Keep Government apprised of all risks associated with a projects time, scope, and cost.
Implement risk mitigation steps to manage and remediate unplanned high risks not previously identified or reported in weekly reports.
Utilize PMI standards and CIO approved SOPs and best practices in the Program/Project management activities under the PWS to include management and oversight of PM Life Cycle: Schedule, Financial, Quality, Resource, Communications, Change and Configuration, and Risk.
Ensure submitted requirements are thoroughly understood, documented, and submitted through the CIO approval process for completion by appropriate CIO organization.
Deliver high quality capability and services which are deliberate, measurable and tailored to user needs while increasing effectiveness and reducing costs.
Specific industry experience in information technology with various aspects of the software development lifecycle to include agile techniques, best practices and standards.
Defines the problems and analyzes and develops plans and requirements in the subject matter area for moderately complex to complex systems.
Prepares analysis, evaluations, and recommendations for proper implementation of programs and systems specifications.

Required Education and Experience: BA/BS + 5 years
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph

The likely salary range for this position is $149,414 - $202,147. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
