For over twenty years, we have helped clients identify, evaluate, fund, manage, and monetize opportunities in a wide variety of business segments, generating over $2 billion in government funding and over $100 million in licensing fees and investments.This role will support the organization in providing project management services to life sciences companies and other institutions to advance life science products (monoclonal antibodies, therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostics and devices), primarily in the areas of public health and infectious diseases.Responsibilities;Provide consulting services for LBG’s clients including, but not limited to:Routinely provide tactical support for day-to-day project and/or portfolio management activities such as meeting minutes, action tracking/follow-up, decision tracking, etc.Actively contribute to project and/or portfolio management deliverables (reports, dashboards, etc.) and routine updates (schedule, budget, risk), usually preparing initial drafts.Coordinate across project functional areas and personnel as required to ensure progress of project activities.Monitor contributions of collaborators/vendors to ensure successful completion of deliverables and technical milestones on schedule and within budget.Support the building and management of a team representing various functions and sites, including the management of multiple projects and teams across multiple locations.Demonstrate and foster excellent teamwork, with the ability to navigate in different areas and work with multidisciplinary teams.Balance project demands to support alignment/ realignment of Budget, Quality, Timeline and Scope, as needed.Support product development meetings, and make sure all Project Leaders, and/or sub-team leaders, have all information and support needed to implement the project.Focus on customer service, with agility and clear communication.Adhere to LBG quality standards regarding client deliverables
