Description:This firm is a highly reputable/established commercial interiors general contracting firm. They are based out of DC, and have been around for about 40 years. They are a family run company, who looks to help people grow their careers internally long-term. This person will be working exclusively on exciting College/University Commercial construction projects. 3+ years of Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent experience working on commercial interiors project (all they does is Interiors, no ground-up).
Experience with RFIs, submittals, and working closely with a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
Comfortable speaking with clients and running meetings with the field team/superintendent team/subcontractors as needed
