Job Title: BIM DesignerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a BIM/VDC Manager with 1-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have AutoCAD piping and/or HVAC design experience, with Revit experience being a plus. You will work under the lead BIM Manager, engaging in building design, plumbing, HVAC, and piping prefabrication. Your role will include managing the BIM model and creating detailed drawings for pipes, ductwork, fittings, and refrigerant lines.Responsibilities
Manage the BIM model.
Create detailed drawings for pipes, ductwork, fittings, and refrigerant lines.
Engage in building design and prefabrication for plumbing, HVAC, and piping.
Collaborate with the lead BIM Manager.
Essential Skills
1-10 years of BIM/VDC experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Experience in mechanical design, specifically plumbing and piping (chilled water/heated water systems).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Revit experience is a plus.
Navisworks knowledge is advantageous.
Ability to provide work samples or take a BIM test.
