Responsibilities include but are not limited to: The Cloud Services Manager IV is responsible for ensuring that the cloud services (commercial, private, and hybrid) provided by the TDL are meeting customers requirements both in terms of performance and finances. They work with the customer and stakeholders to identify and establish key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) to measure the performance of cloud services throughout their lifecycle. They will work with the team to collect metrics and monitor their status using reports, dashboards and alerts. They will identify services that can be improved or streamlined. Minimum Qualifications: Requires a Bachelors degree in an IT-related discipline and 7 years of position-specific relevant experience High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associates Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelors degree. DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in an IT-related discipline. Relevant commercial cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMWare, etc…) Clearance requirements: A current TS/SCI clearance is required. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time. Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Cyber# 1234
