No nights or weekends. Near Frederick Town Mall. Accounts Payable Invoice Packet proving and processing, using QUICKEN, Excel entry. Check writing, filing, misc mail processing. Must be NON-SMOKER, neat, accurate, dependable and responsible. Very systematized office and process. SCHEDULE 8-10 hours per week every MON and THUR and the last weekday on or before the 15th and the 30th of every month. You pick start time between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Good job for accounting student or someone good with detail, numbers, paper handling and computer entry. Quicken Entry and Excel experience PREFERRED.
