We offer remote, cloud-based services to help businesses keep up with their bookkeeping needs. We help business owners get paid faster, make informed financial decisions, and get back to doing what they do best building their business. Our senior staff are certified in Bookkeeping and QuickBooks, and ensure the quality of the services we provide.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Entering historical data from bank statements, credit card statements, or through online downloads into QuickBooks. Recording and attaching support documents to entries. Keeping up with monthly reconciliations for Bank Accounts, PayPal, Credit Cards or other accounts.
- Record work done in central location (QBox, Dropbox, Excel or Google Docs) to keep information up-to-date for all team members.
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks and MicroSoft applications of Word and Excel is required.
- Must be able to work from remote location by providing laptop or tower PC, as well as scanner or All-in-One Printer. Ability to work independently, as well as with others, required. Can set own hours as long as stated deadlines on project are met.
