Business Development Coordinator

Assist Optimum Recruitment & Staffing with all aspects of daily recruiting needs. Will assist owner with communications, branding and advertisement. This position could potentially turn into a full-time employee position. Will assist with the gathering of resources; printing; copying and other administrative tasks as directed from the owner.

Responsibilities

• Learn about Optimum Recruitment & Staffing to Recruit potential clients and candidates

• Good oral and written/computer communication skills

• Make 100-150 Calls per day

• Send 100-150 emails/text per day

• Answer incoming sales calls

• Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activities

• Enthusiastic, able to engage with others via phone and in person to recruit new clients

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with all other employees and to assist courteously and promptly

• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion with minimum instructions

• Manage multiple tasks in an independent and fast-paced team environment

• Set up and take down of Optimum Recruitment & Staffing job fair and open house tables

• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to different locations as needed.

• All other duties as assigned by leadership.
