Job Description / Responsibilities
The Asst. General Manager is a hands on team leader for the Centers 20 to 40 full and part time staff. The Management Team is directly responsible for running the Center, managing shifts of 15 to 20 staff members; host multiple Birthday Parties, Group Events, Corporate Events and accommodating walk in public.
During other times of the week, the Management Team is responsible for recruiting, training, payroll, scheduling, maintenance of the laser equipment Normally Managers work 40 -45 hours per week and have two consecutive days off per week. Weekends are mandatory as the majority of sales are Friday through Sunday.
Candidates must have prior management experience. Absolutely fundamental to enjoying the role as a Manager for ShadowLand is a love for interacting with people, especially children and their parents.
As ShadowLand must deliver a consistent and the highest quality experience to its customers, the Candidate must have demonstrated previous experience in delivering high quality customer service to demanding clientele in a fast-paced environment.
