Customer Service Representatives needed to verify medical information for Medicare
patients and input it into our system. Average daily calls are 300-400.
Must be computer literate and be able to type 50 WPM.
Hours are Monday through Thursday 10:00am until 6:00pm and Friday 10:00 until 5:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with patients
- Verify eligibility
- Adhere to given work schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
- Call-Center Customer Service Experience
- Healthcare Experience
- Excellent Computer Skills
