Home Maintenance Coordinator
A local home maintenance company is seeking an upbeat and motivated individual to fill a full-time position, available immediately.
We service the DC Metro Area and Northern Virginia, so basic geographical knowledge of these areas is a definite plus. The role involves handling inbound calls and making occasional outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and managing interactions with individual customers as well as corporate clients.
Requirements:
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with home repair terminology.
Strong phone communication skills.
Spanish as a second language is a plus but not required.
