Job Description
IT Customer Service Representative. We work with multiple enterprise partners supporting their onsite hardware and software needs.
Employment Type: Full Time – in office Germantown, MD
8:30 am - 5:00 pm
This is not a remote position
Duties include but are not limited to for multiple clients:
Making & receiving phone calls
Answering emails in a timely fashion
Assigning technicians to service tickets
Work in tandem with sales and operations team
Utilizing proprietary software
Organization of day to day assignments
We will provide you with training of our proprietary software. If you do not have experience in typing and prefer not to be on the phone, this will not be a good fit for you.
