This advertisement is for a Boutique Financial Planning Firm. We are looking for an Assistant / Customer Service Representative to work directly with one Financial Planner and an office manager. We would like at least 15 hours each week and can fill up to 25 hours or so, more are possible with time.

Responsibilities include client communication, non-technical research, filing, organization, and managing the Financial Planner's schedule and communication.

This is ideal for an individual who communicates well, is efficient, and is prompt. No prior financial planning experience is necessary.

This position is ideal for a candidate who prefers working in a small office, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

If you care about your efforts and doing the job to the best of your abilities, each day, this may be a good fit for you.

This is ideal for either a young person who wants to get into the financial planning field and wants to learn about the business

OR

for an established individual who may be looking to get back to the workplace, perhaps during the daytime hours when children are in school.

We are a family-oriented practice associated with a major independent financial planning firm. WE ARE NOT within walking distance of a Starbucks or Dunkin' - this is a rural setting - quiet.

Integrity, a clean background check, attention to detail, and an outgoing personality are a must. The rest we can teach with time.

$20-$25+ per hour depending on life experience.

Part-time to begin, additional hours and benefits with longevity.
