This advertisement is for a Boutique Financial Planning Firm. We are looking for an Office Assistant to work directly with the Financial Planner and an office manager. We would like at least 20 hours weekly, and can add hours with time.
Responsibilities include data entry, non-technical research, filing, organization, client communication, and managing the Financial Planner's schedule and client communication.
This is ideal for an individual who communicates well, is efficient, and is prompt. No prior financial planning experience is necessary.
This position is suitable for a candidate who prefers working in a small office, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

This is ideal for either a young person who wants to get into the financial planning field and wants to learn about the business

for an established individual who may be looking to get back to the workplace, perhaps during the daytime hours when children are in school.
We are a family-oriented practice associated with a major independent financial planning firm. WE ARE NOT within walking distance of a Starbucks or Dunkin' - this is a rural setting - it is quiet and we work.
Integrity, a clean background check, attention to detail, and an outgoing personality are a must. The rest we can teach with time.
$20 per hour, depending on life experience.
Part-time to begin, additional hours and benefits with longevity.
